I received my wardrobe, but some parts were not included. There was a box labeled 0101 that showed up, but I have no idea what that refers to. When I reached out to customer support, I ended up talking to a rather rude woman named Paulina. She just kept talking and didn’t let me explain my issue at all. Honestly, I’d give zero stars if I could, but since it finally arrived, I’ll settle for one. I definitely wouldn’t suggest this to anyone.

The furniture is of high quality, and the customer service is top-notch. I can surely recommend this place. We’re planning to purchase more pieces down the line.

You’ll find a ton of screws and other bits sorted in bags, and each bag has a green label that matches the step you’re on. The bed is pretty hefty; it took two of us to put it together, and we had a tough time, especially when we were trying to attach the drop-down section to the main frame. I’d suggest having a third or even a fourth person around for that part. It took us a full day to assemble, mainly because of all the steps, so just a heads up on that. But honestly, the final result is amazing and totally worth the effort.

What happens when things go south? I ordered a bed for over £600, and they said it would arrive in mid-January. Then, out of the blue, they showed up to deliver it before Christmas.

We managed to put it together in January, only to discover that one of the stairs was missing. The instructions were pretty poor, and there was no mention of needing to screw wood to the sides for the slats.

I called them up, but they told me I had to send an email since they don’t handle that over the phone. They got back to me with two choices:
1. Wait four weeks for the missing stair to come from the supplier.
2. Get the four they had in stock now and wait another four weeks for the last one.

So here we are, stuck with a bed that’s missing a stair for a whole month until the final piece arrives.
